It is deeply tiring to feel distant from the person you love most, or to carry the silent weight of past experiences on your own. Maybe conversations at home turn into the same painful cycle of defense and retreat, leaving both of you feeling unseen and lonely in the same room. Or perhaps life has felt heavy for a while—your mind running on high alert, longing for a genuine sense of ease and safety. If you are here, please know there is nothing broken about you. We simply aren't meant to carry these things by ourselves.

At Herstel Psychotherapy, therapy is a genuine partnership. I bring over 15 years of clinical care, but you are always the expert on your own story. Together, we slow things down in an unhurried, warm space where every emotion is welcomed without judgment.

* For couples: Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT) and Gottman Method insights, we gently uncover the deeper longings beneath the conflict, soften old guards, and rebuild a tender, secure bond where you both feel cherished again.

* For individuals healing from trauma: Through Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and CBT, we work side by side to help your mind and body gently lay down the weight of the past, restoring trust in yourself and the world around you.

Because I intentionally maintain a very small, dedicated practice, our work together is attentive, thoughtful, and deeply personal. I offer secure virtual sessions across Ontario, with select evening times designed to fit gently into your life.

Taking this first step takes courage, and you don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whenever you are ready, I invite you to connect for a warm, no-pressure consultation or book your first session directly through my secure portal. Let's find your way forward, together.
