Change Starts Here

Hello, I'm brandi
Maybe You're Here Because...
If any of this sounds familiar, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Together, we can process the past, reconnect with your authentic self, and find new stability through emotional regulation in a safe, non-judgmental space.

What I Do
Who I work with:
I work with individuals, couples, and families who:
- Feel overwhelmed by the pressure to “stay strong”
- Are navigating trauma or past experiences
- Want to improve their relationships and communication
- Are exploring identity, race, and cultural experiences
- Are seeking a space to show up authentically and be understood

What clients like about me:
Clients often appreciate my warm, grounded presence and the sense of safety I create in-session. I bring an authentic, culturally aware, and non-judgmental approach, where your lived experience is respected and understood without needing to be explained or minimized. Many clients value having a space where they can finally let their guard down and fully be themselves.
Things I won't do when you work with me:
- I won't ask you to minimize or justify your lived experiences.
- I won't ignore the impact of race, identity, or systemic factors.
- I won't rush your healing process.
- I won't apply a one-size-fits-all approach.
- I won't position myself as the “expert” over your lived experience
